Transference Healing® sessions and training are offered as complementary spiritual and energetic practices. They are not medical, psychiatric or psychological diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace qualified healthcare, mental-health support or emergency services.

No specific outcome can be guaranteed. Each person’s experience is individual, and you remain responsible for your decisions, wellbeing and for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.

Booking and payment

Appointments are confirmed when the booking process and required payment have been completed. The price, duration and availability shown in the secure booking window are the current terms for that appointment.

Any cancellation, rescheduling or refund terms displayed during checkout form part of your booking agreement. Please check them carefully before payment. Training enrolment terms are supplied before a place is confirmed.

Privacy

When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to scarabtransference@gmail.com so Nicole can respond to your enquiry. These details are not used for marketing unless you separately consent.

When you use the embedded appointment system, the details necessary to schedule your session and process payment are handled by Acuity Scheduling and its payment providers under their own security and privacy practices.

Information shared directly with Nicole Scarab Deva is treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious and imminent harm. Administrative records are retained only for legitimate business, legal and professional purposes.

Intellectual property

Transference Healing® is a registered trademark. The modality was channelled by Alexis Cartwright, founder and anchor of Transference Healing®. Training materials, protocols, symbols and other protected teachings may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed or taught without written permission from the relevant rights holder.
